Part-Time Residential Treatment Worker, all shifts
Residential Treatment Worker:
PRINCIPLE AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

Demonstrate appropriate modeling behavior/communication & maintain a professional relationship with all residents•Pass medication as assigned and follow medication log procedures
Pass medication as assigned and follow medication log procedures•Initiate and provide supervision of resident’s chores, teach cleaning skills & collect cleaning supplies and store appropriately after chores are completed.

(Residents are never to be left unsupervised)

A High School diploma or equivalent & 1 year experience in working in a child caring institution or an Associates or Bachelors degree in social work or a related field. Must be trained in First Aid & Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR).
Knowledge and skills in understanding and remediation of problematic behavior.
Knowledge of behavioral intervention techniques with children.
